The pools and parks are private facilities that are for the exclusive use of Chenal Valley property owners and guests.

Property owners are reminded that your POA dues must be current to have access to the facilities.

Residents may bring a maximum of four guests per visit for a $5.00 per guest fee.

Guests are defined as anyone living outside of the immediate household and must be accompanied by a Chenal Valley resident.
-
If you are not a Chenal Valley property owner but rent or lease a single-family residence in Chenal Valley and wish to use the facilities please contact Chenal Properties at 821-5555.
THE CHENAL VALLEY POOL SEASON

Chenal Valley Pools will open Memorial Day weekend and will remain open through Labor Day weekend.

RULES

It is imperative that participants observe each of the pool rules, which are enforceable by the pool manager and the lifeguards.

The pool rules are designed with safety in mind and are posted at each of the pools for your convenience.

The Chenal Valley parks and pools are Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug free facilities.
ACTIVITIES
-
Private Pool Parties. Private pool parties may be scheduled through the pool manager. Basic parties are for 2 hours and start at a cost of $250. Contact Pool Manager for party details 821-9111. Private pool parties may be scheduled in advance beginning in May of each year (Full Deposit Required).

Swim Team (“Chenal Valley Piranhas”). Applicant’s ages 6 through 13 years may register for the swim team. See pool manager for details.

Swim Lessons. Swim lessons are available for all ages but must be scheduled privately with one of the approved lifeguards. Swim lessons shall not be scheduled during normal pool hours.

Fourth of July Event Our 4th of July party is a fun time with lots of neighborhood fellowship. The kids have a great time playing organized water games conducted by the lifeguards.
LIFEGUARDS

Chenal Valley POA lifeguards are required to hold current Lifeguard and CPR certificates from an accredited agency.

Chenal Valley POA lifeguards are also required to complete a Chenal Valley Pools lifeguard-training course.

Chenal Valley POA lifeguards are drug tested.
